That is Bill Murray, above, in his prior occupation as pizza chef. He had hamburgers at my brother's house last night. That is my brush with fame. Wait. I wasn't there. Bastards. My younger brother burst in the front door, not knowing there was company. The man by the sink held out his hand, said "I'm Bill."

I am the world's most shameless groupie - and Bill Murray is my hero. (see "Meatballs" and of course the cult classic "Caddyshack") I would have been SERIOUSLY bummed to miss a moment with him... rats for you.
I was a pizza cook in Atlanta. Maybe I can be funny, too!
me too, Terry. I'm in love with him since Broken Flowers. :)
tsduff, well they can have nice Bill. I am after Scarlett.
doug, a dog making pizza *is* funny.
ariel, I loved that movie. How about Lost In Translation. Have you seen that? My favorite.
Wow...you shouldn´t wash your hands by association :)
oh and you are absolutely right..."Lost in Translation" is an absolute must!
old mule ... thanks for visiting c'est chic. I mean, I dreamed about it, but never really thought it was possible. heh. xoxo (did Doug put you up to it???)
My hubby took a pic of Bill Murray at a golf thingie once. He also took pics of Kevin Costner and a few other celebs.
Bill Murray is a funny dude.
I'm glad to hear he's not a vegan.
I'm all for people getting their protein.
That's kinda cool.
My sister went to a Michael Bolton concert and he touched her arm, I didn't feel clean for a week.
I loved Lost In Translation. I loved the way it could have been just so mushy but it was not.
minka, remember that scene with the japanese photographer? classic.
mireille, I am un-put-upable. And you know, the honor is all mine, and xo.
jd, I'm for pizza. Thanks for stopping over again.
logo, some things a bath can't clean.
ariel, yeah, kind of bitter and brooding, but with a kind of odd redemption too. How about that karaoke scene?
Man, I would love to meet Bill Murray. He could read a phone book and it would be funny.
ummmm... does your brother live near Connecticut? i only ask because Bill Murray lives somewhere around here (or so i'm told). whatever -- that guy is one of the few celebs i would actually love to meet. xox neva
I finally saw Lost in Translation in March. I enjoyed it a lot more than Broken Flowers which made me look at my movie watching partner and go "what the..."
But burgers will Bill...that would be cool.
diesel, he is sardonic as hell. I love that kind of humor.
puppytoes, we mule brothers are far too southern for Connecticut. They would run us off. He lives on an island on the coast of SC.
jh, I still say ice cream with Johansson would take the...
so you call it odd redemption. I was thinking about it a lot what to call it, I called it mercy. one of those small mercies save our lifes day by day. but whatever you call it it was there. I think very highly of Sophia Coppola since.
I cannot recall the karaoke scene very much but other scenes, like their night after that or the morning at the restaurant after he slept with that red chick. and such.
Wow! Now that's something to blog about! Love Bill Murray - particularly "What About Bob".
